We were lucky enough to have David come to our home and cook us an amazing three course meal for 10 people, which we had as a special lunch celebration for my grandmother’s 80th birthday.  Everyone was blown away – The taste, the presentation, the inventiveness – no one could believe it was kosher! Everything was great. Very affordable, and no cleaning up to do afterwards! Thank you David.

Your catering on Friday night was absolutely phenomenal. In the true spirit of French cuisine, you have managed to produce a meal of the highest standard in taste & presentation as well as design a menu in both French and English. Your elaborately decorated buffet table, complete with French national colours and artwork as well as appropriately chosen French utensils just confirms another time how passionate you’re about your work down to every detail. The highlight of the meal was those French macaroons with multiple flavour combinations, which are indeed quiet unique as no kosher bakery in town makes them. They were truly extraordinary.

We have received endless number of compliments from our guests. Many of them were impressed with the dinner and said that it was beyond their expectations. The mere fact that they came from not-so-observant Jews (who have eaten out in many non-kosher restaurants)only reinforces the validity of their feedback. May we enjoy many fruits of you culinary talent in the future.

I have been at the Melbourne Arts Centre for the past 2 days at a conference run by Change Champions. I have never been so well looked after food wise at a conference anywhere in the world. The food was outstanding, from presentation to taste and, as it was under Kosher Australia standards, I had no need to worry from a hashgacha point of view. And, it is worth noting that the conference convener had absolute confidence that my kosher meal requirements would be looked after as it was Melbourne.

My non-Jewish colleagues have enjoyed sharing the fresh fruit and the cakes for afternoon tea.

Thank you for the Bris you have catered for our son yesterday. The food was really fresh & outstanding. Beautiful presentation. Everyone loved your home-made Burcher Muesli and most delicious cheese pancakes with the Maple syrup. Wow, we were actually quite surprised that you used real Canadian maple syrup (instead of cheap sugary substitutes), which we didn’t expect. We have also noticed that you used more expensive Nescafe Short Black instead of more mediocre coffee. Keep the spirit, it’s those little things that make a big difference !

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful Kiddush and lunch. Actually the Kiddush itself was more like a lunch.  Many people just stayed and talked and ate and that was fine with us. And the sheer variety of savoury and sweet foods was excellent. Lunch was also terrific! Lots of choice and huge quantities. The love in the preparation was clearly evident.

I would definitely recommend you to all my friends.
